Our world should include everyone. #ShareOneWorld is here to make this happen.

#ShareOneWorld is a movement of people, events, and initiatives striving to make the world more inclusive for all disabled people. If you are aged between 10 - 18, join us by making a pledge to make a real change in your community.

Make a Pledge!

There are so many pledges you can make to improve inclusion in your community! Here are some ideas:

FAQs for Pledge-makers

Pledge-makers are the most important people within #SOW! You will help us to meet our one ambitious but achievable goal: that by 2030, all disabled people will be fully included in their community and society as a whole.

Why pledge?

  • Develop leadership skills
  • Make a difference in your community
  • Gain experience learning with people from different backgrounds

How can I pledge?

Step 1: Make the pledge through this form & join our Pledge-maker community!

Step 2: Once you have completed your project, tell us about it and be in with a chance of winning a grant of up to £500 at our KEEN awards ceremony!

Support for you

  • Join the #ShareOneWorld Pledge-Maker community for ideas and support
  • Speak to a friend, family member, teacher, or somebody else you trust for help
  • We'll be posting further resources and advice here and on @LoveInclusion

We are looking for students across the UK to introduce a school/s near them to #SOW. As a #ShareOneWorld Ambassador, you will:

  • go into local schools to give assemblies and workshops on #SOW

  • inspire students to become #ShareOneWorld pledge-makers and carry out their own projects to promote inclusion in their communities

The Big Conversation

The Big Conversation started out as a forum for young people with disabilities to share their experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now we want to broaden the discussions beyond pandemic-talk, to create, curate and support the largest conversation about disability, and the inclusion of young disabled people, in the UK.
