Why do we exist?

People are still excluded by society because of their differences, which is unacceptable. We exist to try and change that.

We are the UK’s only youth-led movement for the inclusion of disabled people. We believe that changing young people’s perceptions of disability and inclusion is key to making future generations more inclusive.

We're the UK’s only youth-led movement focused on putting into action forward thinking and ambitious ideas for making society more inclusive.

We have bundles of energy, and try to think differently and be brave enough to tackle the biggest challenges inclusion faces. Our movement includes over 500 members across our UK branches!

Who are we?

KEEN is based in Oxford (where our original branch has operated since 1985). We support a network of local, community-led branches around the UK. Each branch has its own unique character and activities, but all are friendly, welcoming, and working in line with our key objectives.
