Be a Big Conversation Co-lead

Role information

  • The role of The Big Conversation Co-leads is to be the supportive core of the team by providing a backbone for the strategy, organisation and support to get the forum off to a successful start and then support the future growth of The Big Conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Working on The Big Conversation’s strategy with a focus on inclusion and accessibility.

  • Recruiting Ambassadors.

  • Checking in with Ambassadors once a month and providing support.

  • Finding, communicating and collaborating with Partners.

  • Planning and overseeing the running of first webinar such as deciding on the virtual conferencing platform and topics covered, as well as how to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.

  • Contributing to KEEN’s social media by planning The Big Conversation social media strategy and launch and ensuring content is accessible and inclusive.

Be a Big Conversation Team Member

Role information

  • Team members will be responsible for the masterminding and running The Big Conversation, in collaboration with our Ambassadors, the rest of the KEEN team, and our Partners. The entire team will meet once a month and The Big Conversation Team Co-leads will be your first point of contact and support.

Responsibilities

  • Helping the Team Co-leads work on the project's strategy with a focus at all times on inclusion and accessibility.

  • Assisting with Ambassador recruitment and collaboration.

  • Helping the Team Co-leads communicate, collaborate and build Partnerships with organisations.

  • Supporting the Team Co-leads to plan and run the webinars and social media content as well as ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across the board.
