KEEN is a highly regarded, award-winning UK charity that exists to support and promote the inclusion of disabled people in society. The impact of the pandemic shows yet again how much work there still is to do, and we want to drive that change.

Our Project Coordinator for In-Person Activities (Oxford) is a key member of our creative, passionate, and friendly team. Your role will be to lead, organize and strive always to make more inclusive (and fun!) – our programme of on-the-ground projects and opportunities!

Every day is different at KEEN! You’ll get stuck into a wide variety of projects: from planning our growing year in Gardening projects and learning brand new sports at multi-Sports Sessions, to partnering with local organisations to create new trips and opportunities in our local community – museums and theatre trips are current favourites, but you’ll have your own ideas to add to the timetable!

You will enjoy building strong, dedicated volunteer teams around these activities, both leading and learning from our incredible volunteers. You will have excellent organisation skills, love the idea of taking on responsibility for a wide variety of projects, and will be determined to centre the enjoyment of our participants in everything you do.

A sense of humour and ability to be respect and be flexible to our participants goals and needs as unique individuals is essential.

Applications received on or prior to Midnight on the 29th July will be prioritised for interview in the week 1st - 7th August. Any applications received post the 29th July will be considered on a rolling basis after the 8th August.
